*Please note, no outside catering/alcohol will be permitted. All catering/bar requests must go through our in-house provider, FH Provisions, for first right of refusal. Contact Jason at [email protected] to coordinate catering/alcohol. Alcohol will need to be contained in the rooms you are renting and will not be allowed in the rest of the building.

No helium balloons. ($75 helium fee)
No decorations taped, wall mounting putty, temporary/taped decorations on walls, etc. ($75 decorating fee)

I understand that this is not an inked agreement. This is a consultation form and The Epic will be reaching out with a quote based on my answers. The Epic has a right to refuse any rentals dependent on date, staffing needs, or specific details of the event. The Epic tries to accommodate all rentals, but not all rentals fit the space. After receiving a quote back is it my responsibility to set up a meeting and follow the steps provided by The Epic. All rentals must be fully detailed out with Epic Staff at least 14 days before rental date. Failure to follow rental process may delay timeline and result in cancellation of your event.
